The Sacrament of Confirmation - C2 and C3

Reconciliation/Confession is a requirement for the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation on May 3, 2025. 

If you are receiving your First Eucharist (First Communion) when you are confirmed, please tell the priest confessor that this is your First Confession and he will guide you. 

Check in using the QR code for Reconciliation (light purple) located on the RE shelf to the left as you enter the church doors.

Reconciliation/Confession Options at St. John the Apostle:

Saturdays before 5PM Mass  from 4:15 - 4:45 PM

Monday, April 14, 2025        5:00 – 7:00 PM  (C2 class night – come early)

Monday, April 21, 2025        5:00 – 6:00 PM

Monday, April 28, 2025        5:00 – 6:00 PM 

Guides to Confession for Confirmation candidates are available on the RE shelf under the QR code.

Remind your sponsor to go to confession before May 3. Sponsors are expected to receive Communion at the Confirmation Mass.

Confirmation Practice: Monday, April 28, 6:30pm at St. Alexander Church, Villa Park / Candidates and Sponsors
